Shipping
Your Big Red Fruit t-shirt will be custom printed and ready to ship within 2 to 7 business days. Due to the global pandemic, order shipping may take longer than usual, but they will reach you. You will receive a Tracking Number when your order ships to keep track on when your insanely great shirt will arrive.
97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer.
Wrong Address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).
International Shipping
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees, depending on destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors, this fee is your responsibility.
