Because our products are custom printed and unique to each campaign, they will only qualify for refund if the product itself is flawed, if the quality of the printing is poor, or if the final product is materially different from the product presented on the site.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Returns/Exchange Procedure
1. Write to us via our Contact Page to let us know what you're unhappy with.
2. Wait for our response. We make sure to reply within 1 business day. We'll provide instructions for the returns procedure.
3. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless item was misprinted/damaged/defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We review claims within 24 business hours. After determining that your order qualifies for a replacement or exchange, you will receive a new order confirmation that will allow you to track the progress of your replacement/exchange. Replacement orders generally take 5 - 10 business days for processing.Qualified refunds are processed immediately, but it may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your method of payment.
Shipping
Your Big Red Fruit t-shirt will be custom printed and ready to ship within 4 to 9 business days. Due to the global pandemic, order shipping may take longer than usual, but they will reach you. You will receive a Tracking Number when your order ships to keep track on when your insanely great shirt will arrive.
Absolutely! There will be a flat $11.99 fee to cover international shipping.
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees, depending on destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors, this fee is your responsibility.
Contact us, we'll take care of it. If the order had already shipped and you provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
